1. How much does it cost to ship to my town/kampung/city?

Please see here. Price varies according to location, size of items and order total.

2. Do you ship to Sabah/Sarawak/Brunei?

Of course we can, any size, any quantity. Please place your order here.

3. How long does it take to get my order?

It depends when you place your order. We shop daily at IKEA.

4. Are you IKEA?

We’re not part of IKEA. We’re only helping our friends and customers to purchase things from IKEA.

5. How much does IKEA charge for delivery?

IKEA charges a flat rate of RM80 within the Klang Valley. We, however, have better rates.

6. Do you provide assembly service?

If your orders are delivered by IKEA, they can provide assembly service at an additional 10% to the price of the furniture. Delivery to outside of Klang Valley using our own delivery service will have a different assembly service charge.

7. Can we do COD (cash on delivery)?

All orders must be paid in advance before we can shop for you.

8. How do I make payment?

Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you a payment link via Billplz which you can pay online using Maybank2u, PayPal or even credit card. Other banks are also supported.

9. When do we shop?

We have a runner based in IKEA Damansara and IKEA Cheras daily. The runner will be your dedicated personal shopper to buy anything from IKEA.

10. Where can we ship?

Whether you are in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Hong Kong, The Philippines or anywhere within the region including Bangladesh, Maldives, India, Pakistan etc, you can order online and we will have them delivered to you.

If in Malaysia, we cover all states – feel free to order online at IKEA Malaysia and we can deliver anywhere including Perlis, Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Perak, Selangor, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Melaka, Sabah, Sarawak and Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan.

11. Can you help me buy IKEA items which are out of stock in my city or country?

We know that some IKEA items are very popular in places like Singapore, Taiwan or Hong Kong and may be out of stock for a long time – therefore we are also making our service available. Simply let us know what you need and we will provide you with a free quotation on how to deliver the items to you, provided that they’re available in IKEA Malaysia.

    I have a few question as following:

    How is the payment be made as it is not clear to me on the website?
    If installation required, will u give the quotation including installation charge, delivery charge and service charge?

    1. Hi, a quote will be given once you sent us your order list, then if it’s acceptable, we will send an online invoice where you can pay online. Each order is unique because we need to know the size, quantity, weight, delivery location etc.

    Can I request for a specific date of delivery? For example on a Saturday when I know for sure I’ll be around to receive the product. Thanks.
